Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand with a pull-up device and sitting rows. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
