Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Her most famous role is anchorwoman for CNN's morning show At This Hour. She co-anchored CNN's weekday morning programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage of both the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections. Bolduan has also been a correspondent for Congress based at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress discussions, such as negotiations for raising the federal loan limit and the Super Committee deliberations.
